New Project – The Ridge Estate, Old Bar

Eire Constructions exceptional expertise in subdivision development including earthworks, road and utilities installation has led to a significant number of contracts on the Mid North Coast in 2017. Earlier this year Eire Constructions completed the Riverside Estate sub-division Old Bar, and have managed a number of projects in Old Bar as its’ growth continues.

Old Bar, New South Wales, has a quiet village atmosphere with great fishing, surfing and a temperate climate. A three hour drive north of Sydney the region is becoming a popular and affordable destination for young families.

Most recently Eire Constructions has been awarded the contract to construct a new 26 lot residential sub-division at Old Bar. The contract will include Eire completing the earthworks, roadworks, combined utility installation of 1400 meters and the installation of road furniture.

The team expect to complete the project within three months.
