Eire Constructions carried out utilities installation and road construction works for a subdivision at Fern Bay.

The project included the installation of 4 kilometres of 250 diameter water main, embankment and verge reconstruction along Nelson Bay and Fullerton Cove Road.

As Head Contractor, Eire Constructions managed and performed all aspects of the project, including the preparation of traffic management plans and implementation of traffic controls.
