New Projects – Ascot Park Residential Estate

Ascot Park is an exclusive estate, situated 6 minutes from Port Macquarie. The estate is located within a beautiful parkland setting bordered by tall tallowoods and native eucalypts.

Eire Constructions has been awarded the contract to construct the services package for Stages 3 and 4 of the Ascot Park Residential Sub-division.

The works include 1750 metres of stormwater drainage, 1700 metres of gravity sewer reticulation, 1700 metres of water main, 600 metres of rising main and the construction of a sewer pumping station.

The blocks have wider setbacks and superior facilities. Most blocks are of above-average proportions and have already attracted many impressive new homes.

When completed, Ascot Park will be a community of 300 lots within an exclusive estate.

Initial stages sold swiftly and Eire Constructions is looking forward to concluding infrastructure work for stages 3 and 4 in December 2017.
