New Project – Sancrox Employment Precinct Lead-In Works

The Sancrox Employment Precinct was approved by Port Macquarie Hastings Council in 2011. Located on the western side of the Pacific Highway, the Employment Precinct will open up more land for industry and job creation.

The Sancrox Interchange, part of the Pacific Highway Upgrade, opened to traffic in 2015. Eire Constructions worked on this critical new infrastructure and will now commence lead-in works on the employment precinct.

Eire Constructions secured the works to construct 600 metres of gravity sewer, 1200 metres of rising main and 800 metres of water main.

The Sancrox Employment Precinct will act as a key driver for employment and economic growth in the Port Macquarie region.
